Jarrod and I are very excited to finally be moving into a home of our own. We moved to Oklahoma almost 2 1/2 years ago and have been renting a house. Although the house and neighborhood have been very nice. We are so ready to be completely unpacked and settled into a home of our own.
I am so excited to decorate and paint the rooms! We have been looking for a house since we moved here and just havent found anything that we were "in love" with. But we did find a neighborhood that we were in love with and an elementary school and a model home. So we have decided to build! So far the builder we chose has been so great to work with. They are honest and genuine people and we have a great feeling about building our house with them.
We are going to be on a cul-de-sac, Blossom Ct. And it is in walking distance to a new elementary school, so when Lily is old enough for kindergarten ( only a year and a half away!!!) Jett and I can walk her to school.
The neighborhood has a resort style pool, clubhouse with a full kitchen for parties, a full gym, with weights, exercise machines and TVs everywhere, playground for the kids and a full basketball court. You can see why we couldn't resist this neighborhood!

The papers have been signed and now it is time to pick EVERTHING out! This is so much fun for me, since I love design. But it is consuming me! It is so hard to picture everything in your head and not be able to actually see what it is going to look like. But we do get to meet with an interior designer next week, so I have lots of questions for her.
I thought I would post some of my ideas, for those of you who like to look at house stuff too. Please leave comments and let me know what you think!
