I have been trying to find some great recipes to add to my list of all natural good for you dinners to feed my family. My sister gave me a website of a stay at home mom who cooks with no sugar and all natural ingredients, and her food is easy to make and tastes great!
I have a lot of clean eating recipes that i have found and a few from other websites. If I get around to it my goal is to make a recipe book and get all these recipes organized with my favorites so I can pick and choose what I want to cook for my family!

One great snack idea from the website are homemade granola bars. These are great to make and wrap up for an easy (no HFCS) on the go snack.

Another great snack idea are her homemade pretzels, my sister has made these a few times and her family loves them. She uses whole wheat flour and no sugar! Its yummy and no empty calories.
