Our Dossier portfolio is put together and just needs to be notarized, we have our USCIS fingerprinting appointments set up, once our papers are notarized and turned in, we will officially be waiting!
I am still really hoping to be on the waiting list by Christmas.
Our only drawback is of course along with any paperwork turned in there is another payment. This time we need to turn in $5500 with our paperwork. Our agency also has an expiration date on all our paperwork, we have to be finished with payments and paperwork by February 1st. After that we start over....
God has been so faithful in providing for us every step of the way and I have no doubt that he will provide this money for us just in time.
I came across this picture from our agency of a little girl in an orphanage.
When I think about the long wait,the traveling,paperwork and expenses and I start to get discouraged, God reminds me why this is so important.
This picture is a perfect reminder of why we HAVE to do this. The teddy bear is not enough, this baby girl needs a loving family.
